Do Only Thieves Use Stealth In Skyrim?

Anyone who knows Skyrim will know that stealth has many aspects in the game. However, is stealth only to be utilized by thieves?

Skyrim is a timeless classic that was released back in 2011. Skyrim is an action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

Stealth Gameplay

Stealth in Skyrim can be complicated at first. It is very similar to Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The character can choose to play stealthy or play an all-out-attack method.

Character Stealth

Stealth plays a smaller role in Skyrim. The player has a sneak option by crouching and can use it to make less noise when moving. A player can choose to sneak around and be hidden. When they attack they are seen by the enemy, unless they take that enemy down in one swift motion. This is much harder to do in Skyrim due to the enemies having a lot of health.

Stealth in Skyrim can be used to pickpocket or steal items from enemies. This would make the player's character a thief. Being a thief in Skyrim can have many benefits. There is even a Thieves Guild the player can join to unlock more quests.

Stealth Attack

To sneak attack in Skyrim the play must be crouched and unnoticed by the enemy. You can sneak attack with any weapon or with fists. You cannot sneak attack with spells. As a bonus, sneak attacking with daggers is completely silent. So even if you miss, the enemy will not know you are there. This is not the case with any other weapon.

Overall Stealth Rating

7/10 - Skyrim doesn't have much of a use for stealth, but if you are committed to leveling up your stealth then over time I could see how it could become more useful.
